Nearly a native, Andy has lived in Naples since 1980 and grew up yachting around Southwest Florida. After earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in finance from FSU and FGCU, respectively, Andy began a career in banking and real estate development that spanned 20+ years. In 2020, Andy “retired” and purchased a small property management company that focuses on marinas and opened Naples BoatSlip Realty. He owns multiple slips in Naples and enjoys being on the water with his family and friends as much as possible!
Peggy Ritter

Peggy Ritter has been a Florida Realtor for 40 years, 30 of which have been in the marina related industry. Peggy has worked in the development, management and sales of condominium marinas throughout the state of Florida with the majority in the Naples, Bonita Springs area. Her knowledge of the construction and management of these marinas has enhanced her ability to find the perfect slip (wet or dry stack) for any boat and has made her the “BoatSlip Specialist”.
