Why We’re Different
Our team at Naples BoatSlip Realty is focused exclusively on finding BoatSlips that are best suited for our clients’ boating lifestyle. Most of the BoatSlips in Naples are individually owned, so they are treated as general real estate transactions making it important to work with a real estate professional with intimate knowledge of marinas, slips, boats and the local waterways. In addition to selling and leasing slips throughout Southwest Florida, we are long-time residents, avid boaters and slip owners. We also manage the operation of several marinas in Naples, so we are typically first to know when opportunities become available.

Wet Slips
Naples, Florida has in-water slips ranging from approximately 35’ to over 100’. The marinas are professionally managed and most offer potable water, power, fuel and pump-out services.
Your choice of BoatSlip depends on many factors such as water depth, bridge clearance, boat length, beam and draft dimensions, and more.

Dry Slips
Dry boat slips are generally for boats 40’ in length or less and offer excellent protection from the sun and weather. A friendly staff launches and retrieves your boat at your request and will rinse her down after a day on the water. Other services are typically available for an additional fee.
Dry boat slips offer numerous benefits, such as protection from the elements, reduced maintenance costs, increased security, and convenient access.

FAQs
Q: What are the different types of slips?
A: BoatSlips fall into two buckets, dry slips and wet slips. Dry slips are racks on dry land, typically inside buildings, where your boat is stored safely out of the water and elements. Wet slips are slips in the water and come in a variety of types including slips with floating docks, fixed docks, boat lifts and, occasionally, shade structures to protect from the sun.
Q: What are floating docks vs. fixed docks?
A: Floating docks rise and fall, along with your
boat, as the tide changes. They make it easy to secure and board your boat. Fixed docks do not move with the tide.
Q: What is a boat lift?
A: A boat lift is a cradle that your boat rests on that is hoisted into the air above the surface of the water. A boat lift can be installed in some wet slips, but not all, so it is important to consult with an expert.
